Summary:

Assist in the dining area by helping clear and reset tables.  Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assigned work areas. Act as Runner in the kitchen for clean supplies to ensure a smooth flow of service to the guests by Food Server staff.

 

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

Clear and clean tables after guests depart and reset tables with appropriate, clean supplies Transport soiled dishes to dishwashing area, properly separating wares and food Maintain knowledge of all table, seat, and station numbers Assist with rolling silverware and maintaining the appropriate amount needed per shift Remain positive and professional during all interactions with guests, fellow co-workers, and vendors Provide continuous flow of supplies to bus stations and server pickup area Ensure assigned work areas are clean before, during and at the end of shift Provide outstanding customer service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow employees Perform other duties as assigned
