Golden Route Operations
Summary: Places food and beverage orders, delivers food to tables and ensures guests enjoy their visit to Cafe. Responsible for attending to guests needs making them feel welcome, comfortable, and important.
Essential Functions:
Takes accurate food and beverage orders from guests and places orders with kitchen staff Maintains knowledge of all restaurant menu options to answer guests’ questions and places proper orders Delivers food to guests, ensuring that the proper order was received and that beverages are refilled Communicates regularly with on-coming shift staff and with the chef-on-duty to address issues and concerns Attends to guests needs, making them feel welcome, comfortable and important. Ensures that all food is served within health, safety and sanitation guidelines Performs other duties as assigned
