Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Cafe Manager to oversee day-to-day operations for our breakfast and lunch programs, catering services, and pantry management. You'll lead a team, manage client relationships, and drive profitability while developing talent across the operation. The role operates from 6 AM to 4 PM, offering work-life balance while making a positive impact on our community. Key Responsibilities: + Manage all P&L and budget aspects of the account. + Build and maintain strong client relationships. + Collaborate with the Chef and management to provide nutritious, high-quality meals for students. + Implement innovative culinary programs with support from marketing and culinary teams. + Serve as the key liaison between the company, client, and community. Preferred Qualifications: + BS in Hospitality (preferred). + 3-5 years of foodservice management experience. + Strong leadership, communication, and financial skills. + Dining experience is a plus.
