Participate in all aspects of service, as needed.Greeting and assisting customers behind the counter and in the shop showroom.Complete opening and closing lists.Maintain storeroom organization.Perform restaurant opening duties to include but not limited to food preparation, stocking and rotating product, setting up displays, etc.Perform restaurant closing duties to include but not limited to storing product, cleaning restaurant and restaurant equipment.Provide excellent customer service by being readily available/approachable for all guests.Make quality coffee and non-coffee beverages in a busy & faced-paced environment.Maintain an upbeat and friendly attitude while interacting with customers and staff alike.Be a team player with the ability to take direction and feedback from other staff and management.Keep a clean and sanitary workspace, practice proper food safety.Be a self-starter who contributes to a productive work environment through self-guidance
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
1-2 years’ experience in a customer facing role, preferably within the service industry.
