Overview As the Cafe Supervisor, you are responsible for supervising and coordinating all Amenities at the Inn at Bay Harbor. This will includes responsibility for the Café, as well as all amenities regarding Tea Service, Weddings, Hotel, Events, Spa, and some Catering responsibility. Ultimately, this role will help increase profitability of all aspects of the Inn at Bay Harbor, boost customer engagement, and routinely help our guests have the great personalized experience they are looking for. Responsibilities Oversee all Cafe Front of House duties regarding Amenities of the Inn at Bay Harbor. Coordinate with Culinary on Amentities and Cafe food. Including but not limited to Soups, Sandwich, Charcuterie boards, Cakes, Scones, etc. Coordinate with Vendors and order Supplies as needed. Work with Food and Beverage director to find new items based on seasonality and consumer trends. Ensure all areas of the Café are clean and sanitary. Create daily food specials. Create attractive displays for all amenities. Execute Inventory with precision and time management Collaborate with Lodgings, Events, Spa, and others to ensure all amentities standards are met in a timely manner. Qualifications Culinary, sales skills, retail sales experience, merchandising skills. Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team; High school diploma; Additional certification (e.g. in Business Administration or Hospitality) is a plus.
