Preferred Qualifications:
Basic English language communications required.
Excellent customer service skills.
Requires full availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to stand, stoop, bend; lift and carry up to 35 plus pounds.
Thorough knowledge and understanding of Food Service Sanitation Standards.
Responsibilities:
Stocks and maintains steam table, cold lines, beverage station and all other serving stations.
Stocks and Replenishes all food, beverage and dry goods needed for service.
Stocks and maintains supplies in all service areas.
Ensure that all food items are fresh, properly labeled, and presented in an appealing manner.
Monitor the quality and safety of food, disposing of any items that do not meet standards.
Maintains cleanliness and sanitary condition of dining room and service areas according to health and safety regulations.
Provide excellent customer service to all team members , addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
Minimize waste by properly portioning and storing food items.
Assist with the setup, service, and cleanup of special events or meetings held in the cafeteria.
