Our client, a leading food service provider, is seeking a Senior Cook to join their team. As a Senior Cook, you will be part of the culinary team supporting St. Mary's Hospital in Madison, WI. The ideal candidate will have excellent cooking skills, attention to detail, and a passion for creating delicious and nutritious meals.
**Job Title: Senior Cook**
**Location: Madison, WI**
**Pay Range: $18 per hour**
**What's the Job?**
+ Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items for various meal periods, including Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and Special/Catered Events.
+ Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with established recipes and standards.
+ Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
+ Assist with inventory and ordering of food and supplies.
+ Collaborate with other members of the culinary team to ensure high-quality food and service.
**What's Needed?**
+ No minimum experience required, but experience in a high-volume kitchen is preferred.
+ Must have black slip-resistant shoes and black pants (not yoga or sweatpants) as part of the required uniform.
+ Must be available to work 11a-7:30p, including weekends, 5 days a week.
+ Must have a current T-Dap vaccine within the last 10 years and provide proof of last Covid-19 and Flu Shots.
+ Must be able to pass a Rapid 10 Panel drug test and provide titers for Hep A & Hep B, MMR & Varicella, and T-Spot-Blood.
