THE JOB:

Join our team as an Cage Assistant Shift Manager, where you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth casino operations, safeguarding company assets, and leading a dynamic team of professionals. Be part of an exciting environment where precision, leadership, and excellent service converge.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

Lead pre-shift meetings, setting the tone for exceptional guest service and operational efficiency

Oversee cage operations, ensuring compliance with Title 31 and NYSGC regulations

Assist team members with transactions, customer service, and handling priority guests

Monitor cash-handling processes to ensure accuracy and balance at every cashier window

Safeguard assets through effective bank deposit validations and kiosk maintenance

Address guest issues promptly with professionalism and a solutions-focused approach

Promote a collaborative environment through coaching and team-building efforts

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

Proven leader with experience in casino operations, financial institutions, or high volume cash-handling roles

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting

Deep knowledge of regulatory compliance, including Title 31 requirements

A detail-oriented professional with exceptional customer service and communication skills
