Position Summary:

Under direct supervision of the Desert Diamond Casino- Phoenix Cage Shift Manager, repairs and maintains the Cage machines (i.e. kiosk/ATM, currency counters, coin sorter, etc.).  Ensures all Cage equipment and machines are operating at their optimum level, makes all necessary repairs and recommends any replacement of equipment and inventory.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Provides excellent guests service to internal and external guests. Troubleshoots and repairs money kiosk/ATM machines. Safeguards casino assets. Maintains an inventory of parts for the kiosk machines. Assists guests when necessary. Monitors and tracks the kiosk machine malfunctions, the cause and the parts involved. Tracks and records all usage and testing. Complies with internal controls, policies and procedures as they pertain to this position. Maintains a good communication with team members and maintains a positive and professional work environment. Maintains confidentiality of all Cage Operations and other sensitive data. Contributes to a team effort and accomplishes related results as required. Performs other duties as required.
