Description Robert Half is partnering with a local casino that is seeking a Cage Manager. The Cage Manager will oversee and optimize daily financial operations. As the Cage/Vault Manager, you will be entrusted with: + Operational Oversight: Steering day-to-day Cage/Vault operations while ensuring compliance with all company policies and applicable regulations. + Team Leadership: Managing staffing levels, fostering superior customer experiences, and maintaining accurate transaction processes. + Schedule Optimization: Designing and implementing adaptable work schedules to balance guest demand and unexpected absences. + Reconciliation & Reporting: Promptly investigating cash variances and maintaining precise financial records. + Policy Adherence & Development: Enforcing company standards in collaboration with other leaders and suggesting operational improvements. + Inventory & Fund Management: Overseeing currency and coin inventory, bank deposits, credit approvals, and discrepancies tracking. + Access & Security: Protecting sensitive areas by managing key controls and limiting unauthorized access. + Problem Solving & Relationship Building: Resolving complex challenges where possible and consulting others for escalated concerns. You'll also maintain strong connections with banking partners.
