Be an ambassador of the brand and be professional in every aspect of performanceBring to life fans’ imagination through the art of cake decoratingAssemble and prepare cakes, including decorating with icing, gel, drawings, decorating kits, air brush, edible images, and letteringsStrive to exceed fan expectations and deliver fan first service through timely and quality serviceQuickly and accurately prepare food products following restaurant, health, and safety standardsAnswer fan questions about product ingredients and preparationBe a willing team player and maintain a cooperative, harmonious working relationship with management and fellow team membersCreate and maintain a positive, safe, clean, and inviting environment for fans and team membersAt all times exhibit a genuine passion for excellencePerform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

Communicate positively with fans and co-workers constantly during shiftsCompetent and proficient with cake decorating toolsCake decorator’s certificate and/or previous cake decorating work Practice established food handling procedures and meet any local health regulationsExhibit good manners, proper personal hygiene, and promptnessHave fun and maintain a positive attitude at all times!
