Cake Decorator

A Cake Decorator's responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

Providing premier customer service, including greeting them and responding to questionsIcing, decorating, packaging, labeling, and pricing products for island refrigerated casesIcing, decorating, tray, and maintaining freezer and refrigerated showcaseFilling customer special orders, including wedding cakes, birthday cakesDynamically selling products by providing customers with information needed to make product-relation decisionsOperating the Bakery department mixerFollowing Dunkin guidelines for Cake DecoratorsMaintaining Dunkin high standards for product freshness and sanitationOrganizing and rotating stock in the Decorator's freezerTraining other associates as neededAssisting in other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

The required qualifications are as follows:

18 years of age or olderExperience as a Cake Decorator Apprentice or equivalent experience.knowledge of decoratingable to deliver friendly, courteous, prompt customer serviceable to interpret, understand and follow instructions and solve problems
