What Does a Baskin-Robbins Cake Decorator Do?
Baskin-Robbins is the industry leader in ice cream and frozen desserts. Becoming a cake decorator with Baskin-Robbins ice cream shops is an excellent opportunity to build your current decorating skills and show off your talent. We do not only have ice cream cones, but also sundaes, drinks, and ice cream cakes. We sell FUN! We need high-energy people who know how to smile and fit into our high-energy atmosphere. Cake Decorators mainly work with customers to take cake orders and keep the cakery up to brand standards in a friendly and efficient manner. In addition, cake decorators' jobs with Baskin-Robbins keep the store clean and sanitary, especially their workstations. We need people unafraid to show their \"ice cream side.\"
Training and Scheduling
Associates receive training on proper cleaning techniques and store procedures. Baskin-Robbins stores carry a simple cash register system for ringing up all purchases. Schedule flexibility is a vital hiring requirement with Baskin-Robbins, as many locations stay open for extended hours. Training can be provided for the right candidate with prior experience at home or as an assistant.
