BOS CAKE DECORATOR


The cake decorator is responsible for cake production for the restaurant (including assembling and decorating ice cream cakes and oreo cookie cakes and any other prep product needed). This is a position that requires someone who can work independently and meet the needs of the position. The cake decorator is also responsible for maintaining all areas of productions including production equipment, freezers, floors, walls and set up of the ice cream/cake cases. All food safety standards including following date standards and marking all product, must be maintained.

Extremely punctual. Our cake delivery to guest depends on the cake decorator

Clean and Organized. Cake Decorator duties include assembling and decorating all Baskin Robbins cakes/products to fill the cake freezer with all required cakes and decorating any cakes for customer order. Cleaning up of workstation at end of shift including washing all equipment, cleaning cake production area and leaving freezer and stock area clean and organized.


Creative. Needs to be able to meet the needs of the guest who are ordering cakes for their special occasion. Attention to detail and steady hands all works to sell cakes to customers and satisfy their orders. Work to make cakes that are visually pleasing as well as delicious. Cakes that could be ordered are wedding cakes, birthday cakes, graduation or any special occasion in the guests lives.


The physical requirements for this position are hearing, speaking, seeing, carrying, bending, walking, kneeling, reaching, pushing, pulling, lifting up to 30 pounds, and being able to stand for 4 to 8 hours, or the ability to accomplish the physical requirements with or without reasonable accommodations.
