Calender Operator Responsibilities Operate calendering and milling machines to meet production goals. Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment. Monitor and adjust processes to ensure product quality. Perform routine equipment maintenance and address issues promptly. Keep accurate production records and collaborate with the team to meet deadlines. Calender Operator Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent experience required. Must accurately read, write, and complete production reports. Strong team player with effective communication skills. Prior experience in calendering or milling operations is essential.
