Calibration Coordinator
**Essential Functions of the Calibration Coordinator** + Communicate technical knowledge with peers and colleagues in other departments. + Work closely with Field Service Representatives to schedule and perform calibration activities. + Ensure scheduling of outside sources in accordance with established calibration frequencies. + Coordinate troubleshooting and repair of test equipment as required. + Monitor calibration schedule to ensure necessary ITME equipment is properly calibrated in a timely manner. + Investigation calibration results of internal assets found out of tolerance (OOT) of its designated accuracy. + Create/update calibration procedures within the Quality Document Management System. + Collect, report, and monitor calibration performance metrics and/or KPI’s. + Without direct supervision, complete calibrations, with accurate and timely GDP documentation following policies and procedures in a safe manner. + Generate and obtain approval of Purchase Orders for outside service work. + Entry and management of calibration activities within GAGEtrak Software. **Requirement** + Requires a high school diploma or GED.
