ResponsibilitiesComplete calibrations, qualifications, and preventive maintenance (PMs) with accurate and timely GxP documentation, following company or client-specific policies and procedures.Perform flow, conductivity, pH, mass, and dimensional calibrations with guidance.Handle and maintain company and client equipment, including testing and standards equipment.Learn to troubleshoot and perform repairs, focusing on scheduled calibrations and maintenance events.Proactively assess project safety concerns and ensure team members comply with all client site safety requirements.Strategically assess client environments, needs, and requirements to develop and initiate effective solutions, delivering successful execution through established solid relationships with clients.Essential Skills2+ years of calibration experience in a manufacturing settingExperience with manufacturing equipmentCalibration experience including loop checks, humidity, temperature, and pH checksExperience with process equipment, utilities, manufacturing, and some lab instrumentsOSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification (preferred but provided if needed)Experience with 4-20mA transmitters (loop calibrations)Basic understanding of GMP's and Life Science Industry regulationsExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsAdditional Skills & QualificationsPharmaceutical or Military background preferred but not requiredA two-year degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Electronics, other related technical field or equivalent military trainingTwo years of applicable (Metrology, Instrumentation, Calibration) experience or the equivalent combination of education and experienceExpanded understanding of Traceability, Substitution of Standards, and Test Accuracy and Uncertainty RatiosExpanded understanding of calibration concepts and requirements including accuracy testing requirementsThorough electrical panel knowledge and safety practicesWork Environment

This is a fully onsite role in a construction setting at a greenfield site with a heavy construction presence. Safety and awareness are paramount. The position requires wearing steel-toed boots, and the company will reimburse for this expense. The work schedule is Monday to Friday during the day, with potential availability adjustments as the project advances.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $40.00
