ResponsibilitiesRepair and calibration of test and measurement equipment including, but not limited to, Thread Gages, Plain Rings and Plugs, Gage Blocks, Pin Gages, Thread Pins, Calipers, Micrometers, Length Standards Perform lab and facility calibrations as required. Develop calibration procedures and recommend associated standards. Complete applicable documentation related to assignments. Actively participates in a team environment. Ensure all required business tasks are completed in a timely and quality manner. Maintain electronic calibration database Cross train and assist other organizations as needed Qualifications
Over 1 year of relevant experience in the calibration of test and measurement equipment or precision machining Demonstrate interpersonal and communications skills Previous experience working in a formal quality assurance program PC skills – Microsoft Windows, Excel, and Word experience Previous experience using Supermicrometer, LaserRuler, Linear Measurement Machine Formal advanced training in Metrology (i.e. military PMEL) or precision machining Additional Information
