Our client, a leader in the healthcare industry, is seeking a Call Center Agent to join their team. As a Call Center Agent, you will be part of the customer service department supporting the needs of consumers and providers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to customer satisfaction which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Call Center Agent
**Location:** Livonia, MI
**Pay Range:** $16 per hour
**What's the Job?**
+ Answer incoming calls from consumers, including the general public and prospective enrollees, while adhering to all performance standards and confidentiality policies.
+ Provide information regarding the Medicaid Newborn process, Good Cause, and Presumptive Eligibility for children.
+ Track and document all inquiries using the applicable systems to ensure accurate records.
+ Facilitate the fulfillment of caller requests for materials via mail, email, or download.
+ Transfer or refer consumers to appropriate entities according to established guidelines and escalate calls or issues as needed.

+ No prior experience required; we welcome entry-level candidates.
+ Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
+ Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
+ Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and systems.
+ Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and privacy standards.
