Qualifications Minimum of three years of call center experience required.Experience handling multi-line phone systems.A strong phone presence and a customer-first mindset.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and data entry skills.Ability to work the required schedule:Monday - Friday: 11:30 AM - 8:00 PMWeekend rotation: Every other weekend required.
