Call Center Customer Service Representative
Description We are seeking an Ophthalmology Call center Customer Service Representative that will serve as the face and voice of the company during a customer’s initial interaction, setting the tone for an exceptional service experience. This role plays a key part in conveying our unwavering commitment to delivering the highest level of professional care and support. The ideal candidate will demonstrate an outgoing, approachable, and professional demeanor while addressing customer needs promptly and accurately. Key Responsibilities: + Use a welcoming, friendly tone to engage customers and make a positive first impression during calls or other communications. + Schedule client appointments efficiently, matching them with the appropriate team member or specialist. + Follow up on warm leads to drive client conversions for consultations and service commitments. + Accurately manage call prioritization, directing clients to appropriate departments such as Reception, Billing, or Support Specialists for advanced care. + Verify and confirm appointments, handle cancellations, and follow up on missed bookings to maintain client engagement. + Manage administrative tasks, such as answering multi-line phones, processing forms, managing medical or business records requests, and refilling service requests. + Collaborate with team members to provide seamless support across offices and departments. + Assist with general clerical duties, including filing, faxing, and data entry, while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality. Requirements Qualifications: + Strong focus on excellent customer service and communication, with a customer-first attitude. + Professional, energetic, and personable demeanor with the ability to build rapport quickly. + A self-motivated individual with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. + Prior sales experience is a significant advantage but not mandatory. + Ability to work effectively as part of a dynamic and collaborative team. + Skilled in navigating a multi-line phone system and performing basic computer tasks, such as typing and data management. + Flexibility to travel between company locations, if required.
