A commercial and residential cleaning company is currently hiring multiple Customer Service Representatives. This is a full time position Monday through Friday. Remote work and overtime available for evenings and weekends. Overtime is not required. The position will provide full benefits after the successful completion of a probationary period.
The call center is focused on scheduling appointments from callers that need specialized carpet cleaning or upholstery services for either residential or commercial properties. The Call Center Customer Service Specialist is responsible for answering incoming calls, greeting clients, determining if they have used the services before by looking up location information or creating a new account for the property. Applicants must be comfortable providing customer service on the phone while performing data entry or account maintenance.
Creating accounts, scheduling appointments for cleaning technicians to arrive at facility and notate services to be offered; full cleaning of how many rooms or square footage, spot cleaning, upholstery cleaning or additional services. Make special notes from property owners regarding animals on site, furniture to be moved, gate or security codes, etc. Collect payment information over the phone. The CSR also makes follow-up outbound calls to customers to ensure the service met their expectations, make any adjustments necessary, etc.
