Responsibilities:



Having work experience in the call center
Answering incoming calls to the support department
Helping to improve support processes and meet customer needs
Getting familiar With ICDL skills
Providing required reports to the supervisor
Ability to do several tasks at the same time
Ability to work in a group

Competence and requirements:
