Some responsibilities include:
\n \n \nMaintaining good attendance and punctuality
\n \n \nSupport the floor and agents with escalated calls
\n \n \nAct as a liaison between Supervisors and their respective teams
\n \n\n\n \nAct as a backup support when a supervisor is off or unavailable
\n \n \nBeing able to Multitask
\n \n \nWorks independently on projects
\n \n \nCoaching agents and assist/train new staff when needed
\n \n \nHandle irate customers in a professional manner via phone
\n \n \nUpholds/Adhere to changes in policy and procedure
\n \n \nTake calls as needed
\n \n \nAbility to maintain confidentiality
\n \n \nStrong self-management abilities
\n \n \nCommunication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word
\n \n \nFlexibility/Adaptability and “Can Do” attitude
\n \n \nProvide feedback to leadership staff of areas for improvement.
\n \n \nParticipate in training sessions.
\n \n \nIn addition to the job description outlined below, this role involves a fair amount of “other duties” as assigned, including frequently assisting other teams/ department (Testing, Eligibility, Training, etc.)
\n \n \nMinimum Experience Requirements
\n \n \n\n \n \n
Associates degree preferred
\n \n \nExperience in public sector administration, outsourcing/production environment, Medicaid and/or CHIP a plus.
\n \n \nOutstanding oral and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and superior organizational abilities.
\n \n \nThe ability to take initiative, to maintain confidentiality, to meet deadlines, and to work in a team environment is essential.
\n\n \n\n\n \n
Required Skills/Abilities
\n \n \nPrioritize required tasks along with special project demands.
\n \n \nExtreme attention to detail
\n \n \nThorough understanding of all areas of operations
\n \n \nAbility to champion change within a formal organization

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive.
