Call Center Project – 2 week term

We are hiring individuals for Temporary Call Center positions for a 2-week assignment starting on February 20th to support a manual identity verification initiative through outbound calling.
Responsibilities:
Conduct identity verification over the phone.Clearly explain processes and answer questions professionally.Walk people through technical issues.Maintain accurate records of interactions.Follow verification protocols and confidentiality guidelines.Qualifications:
Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).Professional, friendly, and confident phone manner.Detail-oriented with the ability to follow structured processes.Previous customer service, call center, or administrative experience is an asset.Must have access to a phone and laptop.Details:
