Call Center Rep - Automotive Service BDC

DePaula Chevrolet is looking for an ambitious, outgoing professional to schedule appointments for our Service Department. We are willing to train the applicant who will provide our customers with outstanding service. The position involves scheduling appointments using the phone and email.
The mandatory schedule for this role is Monday 9am – 6pm, Tuesday 8am – 5pm, Wednesday 8am - 5pm, Thursday 10am-7pm, and rotating Friday 9am-6pm/Saturday 8am-5pm

Responsibilities:
+ Handle all inbound phone appointments and inquiries
+ Contact customers via email, phone, and text to schedule a service appointment
+ Make proactive outbound phone calls to customers to drive traffic to the service lane
+ Track activities during each shift in a provided software
+ Work with internet leads to set a proper appointment
+ Follow-up with customers to improve customer experience
Requirements:
+ Must be able to work the required schedule
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
+ Must be comfortable speaking on the phone and have a good phone presence
+ Ability to learn new software
+ Excellent attendance and punctuality
