Call Center Rep - Banking 18-19 HR

Our client is seeking Member Services Representatives to assist members in a fast-paced call center environment. This is a permanent, full-time role with competitive pay, benefits, and career growth opportunities.
Position Details:
+ Location: Lathrup Village, MI (On-site)
+ Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour (higher for top candidates)
+ Schedule: Open availability required from 8 AM - 9 PM
+ Must work one weekend day (with a weekday off in return)
+ Two days off (non-consecutive)
+ Full Time - 40 hours weekly
+ Training: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM (3 Months)
Key Responsibilities:
+ Handle 80-100 inbound calls per day, assisting members with banking inquiries and transactions
+ Educate members on financial products and services
+ Process loan payments, account transactions, and online banking support
+ Maintain accurate documentation of member interactions
+ Deliver exceptional customer service while following company policies

Required Skills & Qualifications:
+ Minimum 1 year of recent call center experience (2 years preferred)
+ Stable job tenure (at least 1 year per role in the past 2 years)
+ No major gaps in employment (must be explainable)
+ Comfortable with shift flexibility based on business needs
+ Soft credit check required

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $33280.00 - $39520.00/yr.
