Location: Northborough, Massachusetts

We’re looking for candidates to join our seasonal team in Northborough, MA! This is an in-office position expected to last 3+ months. This is a great resume builder where you’ll learn some valuable and transferrable skills to take you further in your career!

Responsibilities:

– Fielding initial calls from customers.
– Handwriting customer information to pass along to CSRs.
– Provide customer with general information including pricing.

Desired Background/Skills:

– Looking for any type of customer service experience (retail workers welcome!)
– Must be at least 18 years of age.
– Must have basic math skills and neat handwriting.
– English language proficiency is required for this role.

Other Information:

Seasonal role, expected to last 2-4 months.
