Are you an experienced Customer Service Representative with a background in Medicare, Medicaid, or the healthcare industry? Are you skilled in handling inbound and outbound calls, resolving customer inquiries, and providing exceptional service? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative!
Company: Amergis Staffing Location: Matteson, Illinois Shift: 9A-530PM Weekly pay + benefits!
Responsibilities:
Respond to inbound calls from members regarding Medicare and Medicaid benefits, eligibility, and coverage Make outbound calls to follow up on inquiries, provide information, and assist with enrollment processes Educate Medicaid enrollees of plan options including information on the managed care choice process Assissts with application screening questions and details on how to apply for financial assistance programs Answer questions from patients and/or providers who are seekign information and assistance with the redetermination process and form completion Verifies demographic information of applicants and members for inbound clals for the purpose of updating with the state of Illinois Department of Health Services Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues Meet or exceed performance metrics for call quality, productivity, and customer satisfactionMinimum Requirements:
