Call Center Representative
$18/hour
Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm - will rotate Saturdays 9a-12 noon once hired onto company

In this role, you’ll assist customers over the phone with inquiries, problem-solving, and account support, all while providing professional and friendly service. Responsibilities:
Answer calls for account questions and direct to the appropriate staff for further information. Assist members in filling out forms for services. Assist with debit card ordering and investigating possible fraudulent activity. Maintain file room in an orderly fashion by filing folders daily. Respond to requests for various duties relating to member services. Assist supervisor with data processing functions, paid outs, etc.Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). Proficient computer skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Pleasant, enthusiastic personality.Compensation and Benefits:
$18.00/hour Medical, dental, vision, life, AD&D, Long Term Disability – once hired onto the company – subject to waiting period. Paid Holidays & PTO (based on accrued hour requirements) – once hired onto the company – subject to waiting period. 401k – once hired onto the company – subject to waiting period.
