Call Center Representative

Description
Interviews will include gathering medical, financial, and occupational and vocational histories
Review and edit information collected during the interview for quality assurance purposes
Make and receive telephone calls, logging call attempts, document information within orders as necessary, recording call results
Prioritize and collate new orders into current caseload by type of request and geographic region
Contact applicants to conduct background interviews
Update accurate status of orders regarding information received
Maintain service level agreements
Maintain and protect the confidentiality of the company and all legal entities and client information
Be able to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local safety and health regulations that would apply to this job
Other duties as assigned
Shift: Monday - Friday 12:00pm - 9:00pm, must be able to work these hours
Skills & Qualifications
+ MUST have call center experience (medical/healthcare experience would be helpful but not required.)
+ Survey/interview experience preferred
+ Ability to read and follow SOPs
+ Accurately document all client information in the correct systems
+ Strong computer skills, MS office skills
+ Detail oriented
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00
