This role focuses on providing excellent customer service within a call center environment, answering inbound calls, and resolving customer issues promptly and efficiently. Responsibilities • Provide exceptional customer service to enhance customer satisfaction • Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries • Offer detailed product or service information to customers when required • Resolve customer issues promptly ensuring customer satisfaction • Monitor and update customer accounts as needed • Process customer applications with accuracy and efficiency • Maintain and update customer records regularly, ensuring data integrity. Requirements • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a call center environment • Excellent customer service skills, with a strong focus on client satisfaction • Ability to handle and resolve customer issues in a timely and effective manner • Competency in managing and answering inbound calls, efficiently directing them to the appropriate department when necessary • Proficiency in using call center software and other related tools • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written • Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment • Capacity to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively • Availability to work in shifts, during weekends, or holidays if necessary • High school diploma or equivalent; higher degree in a relevant discipline will be appreciated.
