Your Day-to-Day: As a Care Management Support Coordinator II, you'll be the friendly voice our members trust for all their banking needs. Here’s a snapshot of your exciting role: + Customer Service Excellence: Answer 80-100 calls a day, helping our members with inquiries, solving problems, and providing guidance on new products. + Product Knowledge: Be the go-to expert on banking products, including checking, savings, loans, and lines of credit. + Personalized Solutions: Assess member needs and recommend banking services that align with their goals. + Build Strong Relationships: Maintain excellent business relations by providing timely, courteous, and effective solutions to member inquiries. + Account Management: Collect loan payments, handle accounting transactions, and ensure member accounts run smoothly. + Brand Ambassador: As a representative of our brand, you'll bring a positive, confident, and helpful attitude to every interaction. + Be a Problem Solver: Use your critical thinking skills to identify issues and walk members through solutions—whether it’s troubleshooting online banking or taking a loan application. + Follow-Through: If you’re someone who takes pride in keeping promises and ensuring every detail is handled, you’ll thrive in this role.
