Call Center Representative

Job Responsibilities:
+ Resolve internal and external customer inquiries, complaints, and requests by leveraging solid knowledge of bank processes, procedures, and systems.
+ Identify and address potential systemic issues.
+ Coordinate and assist with deposit, loan, treasury management, and other business-related inquiries, escalating to the appropriate department when needed.
+ Advise and train internal customers on processes, procedures, and systems, offering guidance on customer resolution.
Top Skills & Requirements:
+ Must Haves:
+ 1+ year of customer service experience (call center experience preferred; office/retail considered for higher-level roles).
+ Strong computer and typing skills with experience using multiple computer screens.
+ Experience handling phone inquiries.
+ Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
+ Preferred:
+ Call center experience.
+ Bilingual in Spanish.
+ Bachelor’s degree.
+ Disqualifiers:
+ Lack of tenure and job-hopping.
Work Environment:
+ Location: 100% onsite in Rosemont, IL.
+ Beautiful, modern office with windows and great views.
+ Onsite eating area with fridge and microwave.
Training & Hours:
+ Training: 5 weeks in a classroom setting (Monday–Friday, 8:30 am–5:00 pm Central).
+ Post-Training Hours: 8:30 am–5:00 pm, 9:00 am–5:30 pm, or 11:30 am–8:00 pm (4 days during the week and every Saturday).
+ 10-week contract
Compensation:
+ Hourly rate: $18–20/hour.
+ Bilingual candidates (Spanish) can earn up to $20/hour.
+ Must pass a soft credit check (excluding student loans and medical debt).
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
