Job Description
+ Employees will be making outbound phone calls surveying and scheduling appointments for onsite engineering work.
+ Outbound calling attempting to recruit customers to allow the client to come in and install metering equipment for their utility provider to monitor their energy use.
+ Customer support center, process rebates, make outbound calls to upsell if needed.
+ This person will be responsible for customer contact in the areas of customer service and billing, performing billing activities within assigned parameters, successfully resolving escalated billing issues, validating usage information for more complex rate group
+ Responsibilities include resolving questions and problems and escalating more complex issues for resolution

6+ months of customer service/outbound calls
Microsoft Outlook/Suites is a plus
QuickBase(QB) is their internal software
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
