Job Description:

 

The Call Center Representative will be responsible for handling incoming customer calls, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, providing information about products and services, processing transactions, and overall maintaining positive customer relations. Prior experience in a call center and/or work at a medical facility is a plus. 

 

Responsibilities: 

 

Handle incoming calls ensuring superior customer service.

Address inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide information about product and services.Process transactions while maintaining positive customer relations

 

Qualifications and Requirements: 

 

Minimum 1-year experience working in a call center or professional office environment

Superior customer-service and problem solving skills a mustAbility to speak Spanish fluently is a plus.Excellent written & verbal communication skills.

Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth.
