Description Our client, an innovative biotech company located in Solana Beach, is seeking a Call Center Representative to deliver exceptional customer service to their clients and customers. This role is ideal for individuals who are problem-solvers with strong communication skills and a passion for being part of the biotech industry. Responsibilities: + Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and efficiency, addressing customer inquiries and concerns. + Provide accurate information about company products, services, and scientific solutions, ensuring a positive customer experience. + Process orders, returns, and account updates while maintaining detailed and accurate records in the company’s CRM system. + Troubleshoot customer issues and escalate complex matters to the appropriate department for resolution. + Collaborate with internal teams, such as Sales and Operations, to meet customer needs and resolve issues promptly. + Stay knowledgeable about current biotech products and services to serve as a reliable resource during customer interactions. + Maintain performance standards in terms of response time, quality, and customer satisfaction metrics. Requirements + High school diploma or equivalent; an associate’s or bachelor’s degree is preferred. + 1-2 years of customer service or call center experience, preferably within a biotech, healthcare, or scientific industry. + Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt communication style to different customer needs. + Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce or Zendesk. + Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset. + Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
