Key Responsibilities: + Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly. + Provide exceptional service by listening attentively and ensuring customer concerns are resolved effectively. + Maintain a positive and professional demeanor during all interactions with customers. + Accurately record customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the company’s CRM system. + Process account updates, payments, and other customer-related documentation with precision. + Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues. + Stay updated on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information. Requirements + High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or customer service certification preferred. + 1-2 years of experience in a call center, customer service, or related role. + Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus. + Strong typing and data entry skills. + Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills. + Ability to de-escalate tense situations and resolve conflicts calmly. + Strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
