About the role:
RCTS, an ALS global company in Irving, Texas, is a leader in the field of clinical testing with an opening for full-time Clinical Research Recruiters (CRRs) providing call center customer service and subject recruitment for clinical studies. The successful candidate will join a team that provides clinical testing services to many of the world's best-known consumer product companies. Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, Daytime shift, 9:00am - 6:00pm
ResponsibilitiesAbout you::
Generating call lists based on study qualificationsMaking outbound calls to screen potential study participants (no cold calling or selling)Taking inbound calls and providing assistance to the callerScheduling appointments for participants on clinical studiesMaking reminder calls for study visitsData entry for appointments and participant applicationsOther duties as assigned by management or Lead RecruiterRequired Qualifications:
At least one year of experience in high volume outbound calling is requiredMust live in the Irving or Mid-Cities area (H.E.B., Arlington, Farmers Branch, etc.)Must be willing to commit to a stable, long-term position with a great teamEnjoy providing great customer serviceExperience within a high volume call center environmentHave a pleasant, clear and professional telephone voice.Appreciates attention to detailBasic computer experience requiredPhysical Demands:
