Come join our Venice Family Clinic team to make a difference in the community. Under the guidance and direction of the Call Center Manager, this lead role will perform a full range of call center duties, including:
+ Provide prompt and courteous telephone assistance to callers.
+ Answer, screen and triage a high volume of incoming calls, verify eligibility, and schedule for multiple services across Venice Family Clinic.
+ Manage and respond to incoming messages from patient portal.
+ Contact patients to offer follow up appointments.
+ Perform other duties as assigned.

Salary range: $29.42 - $42.14 hourly
Qualifications
Required
+ Minimum of 4 years of experience in a call center or in a medical setting that includes patient registration, appointment scheduling, health insurance enrollment or equivalent education/experience
+ Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills
+ Verbal communication skills to receive and convey information clearly and concisely
+ Good interpersonal skills to interact effectively with callers and staff
+ Ability to verify insurance coverage via the internet in appropriate websites
+ Ability to type with speed and accuracy 45+ wpm
+ Ability to multi-task and work alone or as part of a team
+ Ability to set priorities and organize workload to optimize efficiency
