**Job Title:** Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Part-Time, Short-Term)
**Job Type:** Part-Time, Temporary (January - April)
**Location:** Grand Rapids, MI
**Pay Rate:** $17/hour
**Hours:** Mon - Fri, 12PM - 5PM (25 HRS)
**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a dedicated Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team and assist individuals seeking tax preparation assistance through the 211 helpline. This is a temporary, part-time role ideal for someone with strong communication skills and a passion for helping others.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Answer incoming calls in Spanish and English, providing guidance and support to individuals seeking tax preparation assistance.
+ Connect callers with tax professionals who can assist with filing their taxes.
+ Maintain accurate call records and provide excellent customer service.
**Schedule:**
+ Part-time, 25 hours per week
+ First shift hours (specific schedule to be discussed)
**Requirements:**
+ Fluent in Spanish and English (verbal and written).
+ Previous customer service experience (updated resume required).
+ Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, distraction-free workspace.
+ Access to a laptop or computer (if available).
+ Strong communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
**Pay Details:** $17.00 per hour
