Job Description:
Utilize strong outbound sales skills to increase our membership baseUtilize strong inbound sales skills to increase our membership baseUtilize observational and active listening skills to search out additional opportunityAbility to follow and work within an effective and concise sales processAbility to engage, build rapport create value-based presentations, and address concernsAbility to utilize problem solving skills to overcome prospect objectionsBuild and manage a sustainable pipelineEnsure member satisfaction and loyalty by building rapport and establishing long term member relationshipsMust demonstrate the ability to meet quality assurance guidelines on every callRequired Experience:
College degree preferredOutbound sales experience preferred2+ years of sales experience requiredMust have demonstrated abilities to convert and close sales opportunitiesAbility to overcome objectionsInsurance (Property and Casualty) background preferredMust be able to obtain a Property and Casualty license within 90 days from date of hireMust have excellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to communicate clearly across multiple levelsComprehensive computer skills requiredGeneral Compensation Disclosure
The variable compensation estimated annual range is $75,000 - $150,000 annually. You will be eligible for an hourly pay recoverable draw in addition to variable compensation
Pay Range:
