Call Center Service Representative
We have an outstanding Contract position for a Call Center Service Representative to join a leading Company located in theHouston, TX surrounding area. Act as customer service interface to internal employees and external customers and perform all service related activities (Sales Orders, RMAs, warranty , center set-up, contracts, and consignment procedures). Job Responsibilities: + Provide responsive and reliable customer service and technical support. + Provide liaison support between customers. Coordinate with other departments. + Perform the returned materials process, including initiation, receipt, expediting, and closing RMAs. + The Data Works system is used for sales orders, shipments, field service contacts, RMAs, warranties, and report generation. + Receive product orders and process shipments. + Provide international customer service at times, and in such an event, work a flexible schedule. + Perform other related duties as assigned, including special projects. + Build Quality into all aspects of their work by maintaining compliance with all quality requirements. Basic Hiring Criteria: + High School or equivalent and 0-1 years of experience.
