Call Center Service Representative I

Adecco is working with a local client in North Sam Houston to fill a position within their **Heart Monitoring Call Center** . In this role, you will be providing critical **24/7 support** to patients, ensuring assistance is available year-round, including during **holidays** . This is a fast-paced environment where your contributions will make a direct impact on patient care and safety.
******Training Schedule******
• Wk 1 – 8:30am-5:30pm
• Wk 2 – 8:30am-5:30pm
• Wk 3 – 8:30am-5:30pm
• Wk 4 – Contractors will be working their assigned schedules and joining their specific teams on the floor
As customer service interface to internal employees and external customers and perform all service related activities (Sales Orders, RMAs, warranty, center set-up, contracts, and consignment procedures).
**Key Responsibilities**
1. Provide responsive and reliable customer service and technical support. Provide liaison support between customers. Coordinate with other departments.
2. Perform returned materials process including initiation, receipt, expediting and closing RMAs.
3. Use of Data Works system for sales orders, shipments, field service contacts, RMAs, warranty and report generation.
4. Receive product orders and process to shipment.
5. Provide international customer service at times, and in such event, work a flexible schedule.
6. Perform other related duties as assigned, including special projects.
Quality Systems Duties and Responsibilities:
Build Quality into all aspects of their work by maintaining compliance to all quality requirements.
**Qualifications**
+ High School or equivalent and 0-1 years of experience.
+ Type 45WPM
**Pay Details:** $15.00 per hour
