Description We are looking for a highly capable Call Center Specialist to manage our client’s customer interactions at our Solana Beach location. In this role, you will resolve customer queries professionally, foster relationships with customers, and work towards maintaining a high customer satisfaction rate. Responsibilities: + Manage large volume of incoming calls in a timely and effective manner. + Identify customers’ needs and provide accurate information and solutions. + Follow communication scripts when handling different topics or concerns. + Maintain customer records by updating account information. Requirements + High School Diploma or equivalent. + Previous experience in a customer support role, call center experience preferred. + Adept at managing multiple tasks and efficient problem-solving abilities. + Strong phone handling and active listening skills. + Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
