Job Description:

This role will answer calls for the Montana Market Medical Groups.

Call Center Specialist position is onsite in Billings, MT

Position Details: Position is for rotating 10hr shift

Will rotate occasional sat/sun shift

As a Clinic Call Center Specialist you need to know how to:

Answer, direct, and prioritize telephone calls and messages to correct clinic or departmentTriage calls according to priority and urgency, transferring calls as necessaryDocument all conversations, demographics to Electronic Medical Record timely and accuratelyObtain complete and accurate clinical, demographic and financial information during the scheduling processFollow guidelines for special requests/Stat/schedule modification procedures and coordinate communications with clinical areas to accommodate the customers requests.

Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent, required.At least one (1) year experience in a medical field, preferred.At least one (1) year experience in a call center or high volume call position, preferred.Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, preferred.

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience. 

$17.34 - $22.54
