Call Center Specialist
Description We are adding to our team a Call Center Specialist, based in Federal Way, Washington. This role will involve providing exceptional customer service, addressing customer needs, and enhancing our service delivery system. The role requires handling both incoming and outgoing calls, resolving diverse issues, and guiding customers through various processes. Responsibilities: • Efficiently handle incoming customer calls regarding processes and service inquiries, and address any concerns they may have. • Make outgoing calls to customers to gather additional information, provide appointment reminders, or offer assistance with form completion. • Address and resolve issues related to backgrounds, i9's, finger printing, training, and provide information on specialized services. • Guide customers through necessary processes in accordance with guidelines, and escalate problems to the appropriate teams when necessary. • Maintain strict confidentiality and compliance with all regulations and policies regarding customer information and data privacy. • Document all call information in the customer relationship management (CRM) system according to standard operating procedures. • Develop a deep understanding of healthcare programs, practices, and services. • Uphold excellent customer service techniques, demonstrating patience and empathy toward a diverse customer population. • Provide feedback to enhance the overall customer experience. • Accept ownership for accomplishing new and different requests and explore opportunities to add value to job accomplishments. Requirements • Minimum of 1 year experience working in a call center or similar customer service role • Proven ability to effectively assist customers and resolve their inquiries • Strong skills in answering customer inquiries in a timely and detail oriented manner • Exceptional customer communication skills, both written and verbal • Demonstrated ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure • Proficiency in using call center software and technology • High school diploma or equivalent required • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet • Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to a positive work environment TalentMatch® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
