Description Our client is a company in the machinery manufacturing sector, located in Las Vegas, and we are currently seeking a Call Center Specialist. The individual in this role will primarily handle bilingual Spanish/English customer service, providing exceptional support to our diverse clientele. This opportunity offers a contract to permanent employment. Responsibilities: • Efficiently manage customer inquiries, both in Spanish and English, through phone, email, and live chat • Offer support in the form of product information, order processing, and technical assistance • Keep the customer interactions documented and ensure the system records are updated accurately • Work collaboratively with other team members to resolve customer issues in a timely manner • Ensure customer support is available every day by working on a rotating weekend schedule Requirements + Bilingual English & Spanish + Minimum of 1+ years of experience in a call center environment. + Demonstrated proficiency in call center operations and metrics. + Proven ability to handle high volume and fast-paced call center tasks. + Prior experience in inbound call center operations is required. + Proficiency in conflict resolution and customer service is essential. + Must have a track record in providing superior customer service. + Experience in resolving customer service issues effectively and promptly. + Previous experience in a machinery manufacturing call center is a plus.
