Position Description:
Amergis Healthcare Staffing is looking for qualified Administrative Assistants to be responsible for a variety of administrative and clerical duties to help improve efficiencies at an organization. The Administrative Assistants will be the initial contact person for patients when they enter the medical office.
Qualifications
+ High school diploma or GED required
+ Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent form two year college or technical school or six months to one year related Administrative Assistant experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and Administrative Assistant experience preferred.

Call Center located at the West Salem Clinic for NW Human Services
NW Human Services offers medical, dental, mental health and social services. FQHC. They have special programs for youth & offer community resources

The Role:
Will be the first point of contact for all patients, clients & personnel who call into the clinic answering all first level questions. Will assist with scheduling appointments, answering calls and routing them to the appropriate parties, data entry/verifying accuracy of information and data.
Ideal candidate will have computer proficiency/strong attention to detail and organization skills.
Required: High School Diploma, Proficient with computers/technology and typing.
Bilingual in English and Spanish, previous administrative experience.
