Call Center Supervisor

Our client in North Phoenix is seeking a Call Center Supervisor to join their team. 

Job Title: Call Center Supervisor

Location: Hybrid: Must live in Arizona.

Pay: $27 an hour

What’s the Job?

    Ensure secure, reliable access to data while protecting member privacy according to HIPAA regulations. 
•    Oversee offshore retrieval team process from contacting provider to ensuring providers and medical charts are properly processed reviewed.  
•    Manage and perform medical chart retrieval, including the set-up, monitoring of retrieval status, reporting, and overall success of the retrieval.
•    Effectively and diplomatically communicate with provider sites as needed.
•    Demonstrate exemplary customer services with provider sites.
•    Develop and/or revise job documentation regarding the retrieval process.

 What’s Needed?

•    High School diploma or equivalency required.
•    Previous experience of medical chart retrieval, operations, and supervisor experience
•    Effective verbal communication with ability to employ diplomacy when working with providers.
•    Demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail in the retrieval lifecycle process.
•    Understanding of HIPAA regulation Must have reliable high-speed internet Clear BG and DT test
